Conducted food processing equipment post-fabrication hygienic design inspections at the equipment supplier's factory for the following:

Development of an eight hour training seminar on the "Fundamentals of Hygienic Equipment Design"


Development of custom "Hygienic Equipment Design" training session for food equipment  manufacturer. This training targeted and evaluated the customer's equipment designs. 


Development of custom  four-hour "Hygienic Equipment Design" training session for a food processor's maintenance department. This training focused on examples from the customers actual processing line. 


Co-developed "Occupied Facilities: Controlling Contaminants During Construction", a 250 page training manual for a 40 hour course developed for the United Brotherhood of Carpenters. CIP Concepts was the subject matter expert for the food processing and food service chapters.

  

Developed a white paper "The Application of Antimicrobial Products"  for risk management company.
